Welcome to the Model Station shop. Browse our current stock of model trains, railway scenery, and die-cast collectibles — each piece carefully sourced from collectors and estates across the UK, photographed in detail, and dispatched fast from our base. All sales go through our eBay shop for full buyer protection.
Every item in our shop is inspected, photographed, and packed by people who care about models. Here’s what that means for you as a buyer.
We know how fragile model trains and scenery can be. Every item is wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to the same standard we’d use for our own collection. Damage in transit is rare, and we take responsibility when it isn’t.
Every piece we sell comes directly from private collectors, estates, or our own acquisitions. No grey-market imports, no mystery provenance. If we’ve listed it, we’ve inspected it.
Transactions go through eBay’s secure checkout and buyer protection scheme. You get Feedback history, dispute resolution, and payment security — the things a traditional dealer can’t always offer.
Our inventory changes constantly as new collections come in. Across any given month, you can expect to find a broad mix across eras, scales, and brands — from affordable starter pieces to rare collector items.
Pre-war tinplate and clockwork locomotives. 1950s-70s vintage British railway models. Modern DCC-ready digital sets. Occasional limited editions and out-of-production rarities that collectors hunt for.
OO gauge — the most popular scale in the UK. N gauge for compact layouts. HO gauge for Continental and American prototypes. O gauge for vintage and modern collectors. G gauge for garden railways and large-scale displays.
Locomotives — steam, diesel, and electric. Rolling stock, wagons, and carriages. Track, points, and controllers. Buildings, scenery, figures, and lineside accessories. Plus die-cast cars, aircraft, and military models from our wider collection.
Hornby, Bachmann, Märklin, Hornby Dublo, Tri-ang, Wrenn, Graham Farish, Dapol, Heljan, Peco, Lima, Airfix, Bassett-Lowke, and more. If you’re looking for a specific maker, ask — we often have unlisted stock.
Our full shop lives on eBay, where you’ll find our complete inventory with detailed photos, descriptions, and buyer protection on every purchase.
We often have stock that hasn’t been listed yet — items fresh in from estate collections, rarities waiting to be photographed, or pieces we can source on request.
If you’re after something specific, tell us what you’re hunting for. We’ll check our current stock and keep an eye out if it’s not available right now.
